I have been active in social justice work as early as I can remember. Throughout my career as a therapist and program manager, I have been fortunate to be trained several times as a facilitator, trainer, and consultant. Such experiences have been to provide monthly diversity trainings, to participate as a chair member of a cultural competency committee, to help develop organizational equity frameworks, to provide 1-2 day racial equity training, to consult on agency-wide strategic plans, and to audit organizations with a racial equity and inclusion lens.  

 

Equity services I currently offer include:

• Racial equity training for staff, teams, board members

• Organizational scope analysis through audit using racial and or inclusion lens

• Support on developing strategic plans or frameworks to advance racial equity, diversity and inclusion

• Consultation on organizational equity and inclusion statement of intent and policies
